Every time Ive come years Ive always been greeted with a smile and courtesy. This seems to be a high demand area and have many customers at once. Despite the demand I notice the employees working really hard and doing their best to provide everyone service. I personally believe this to be one of the best banking experiences Ive had. Thank you PNC and thank you to all the hardworking individuals who provide service with care and integrity despite dealing with all sorts of challenges and difficulties that may come from assisting customers with different temperament levels and situations. Just left from waiting for deposits that were put into the night drop, on yesterday morning before 10am, its 12:00pm today, and theyre still not processed. Mind you I had gone into the bank to deposit for last night, I told the teller, I was on a time limit, and that I needed the 4 bags counted from the previous day as soon as possible. It was over an hour of me waiting and the teller still did not have even the second bag completed she decided to help other people. Saying shes waiting on one the other tellers to verify the night drop when they were available before they got busy and I was the first customer that still hadnt been helped. Wasted an hour of my day and the deposits still arent processed!

Bank staff doesn't care how long you have to wait. They have little regard for their customers. The teller i had took atleast 10 minutes and still couldnt help me. Ugh.
