        Following my fathers passing tried to change accounts to my moms trust. She was executor, and trustee,. We brought in will, trust, power of attorney and 1 1/2 months later, still not done. Closed out CD because of their incompetence and they fined an 82 year old woman $700! Her other bank changed name in 4 days. Nothing but incompetent thieves here...keep your money out of this bank.
