I recently visited Chase Bank and had the displeasure of encountering a teller named Paulina Lacono. I must say, my experience was quite disappointing. Ms. Laconos demeanor was unprofessional and rude throughout my visit. She provided minimal assistance, refused to explain why my transaction didnt go smoothly, and even displayed a disrespectful attitude when I asked simple questions. What was even more concerning was witnessing her discussing my concerns with another employee in a derogatory manner, which is not the level of service one expects from a bank. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure a more welcoming and courteous environment for their customers.
