What a JOKE! A BMO credit card just shows up at my house that I did not apply for. No info about interest rates etc. So I do what any normal guy does, I call the number on the back of the card. The number ON THE BACK OF THE CARD is not "correct". No matter how many times I call [from PHX AZ] they say I am calling Canadian customer service. The BMO branches want me to come in for help. NO! BMO bought my credit inion, Bank of the West, and I had not used them since summer of 22. Why would they just send me a credit card that I did not ask for, I never requested them to take over my accounts. We had a couple of car loans back then as well that were paid off like 3 years ago.. The BMO people say I need to come in to cancel the card I do not want!!! Un fricken believable. It is 2024, be a LOT more secure in your business, you are supposedly a BANK! Act secure! How can NOBODY even tell me my terms, they told me at a local branch that the terms were 'probably' what they were when Bank of the west opened my accout, in 2021! OMG, these idiots have my ss#, access to my life pretty much. What a JOKE!

Horrible experience with transferring money through zelle. Tried to remedy the issue and put on a never ending loop of ignorance. Unable to solve a minor issue. God forbid something major happens. Will be closing my account soon.
