        this place is run by 18 year olds who dont care. rude + unprofessional. depends whos working but my Einstein app orders always come back sloppy and skimped on or forgotten ingredients. even when ordering in store. would not recommend this location

        Theres a lady that took our order on front counter, worst attitude, bagels were the coldest they could be. Lady ruined my experience.

        Pay your workers more and the owners need to get down here and start working to make this work. Will be hitting grocery store for awhile for bagels.
