I am a huge fan of their Texas Brisket bagel sandwich. Best bagel sandwich ever! And it was FREEEE for my birthday today. What a great start to my day.

Ive been here 3 times now, haven't waited less than 20 minutes yet. Today after I order the 4 people behind me got there food before I did. I waited a solid 25 minutes. Its a busy spot and Im a patient person but, they also had 9 people working I wouldnt call that understaffed. its next to my work I want to like this place so bad. Finally get my order today, bagels burnt. Ive never written a review in my life but, come on.

Its a shame this was a good place to meet friends. The staff is uninterested and it shows. It starts with your staff to be welcoming and your customers will return. Drop the masks let's see people smile once again. I understand this was one of the top rated stores in the nation.
