Einstein Bros. Bagels

Went in for Monday special deals. I paid and asked how come I wasn't able to add my member phone number. I was told I was supposed to ask you that before you paid. Now no one was able tomcorrect the problem. So I was asked to leave my phone number so if some else uses their number for a the discount that could pass it on. Not very professional. Not sure if I'll go back to that location.

Einsteins at a great location on Thunderbird just a block east of the 40th st. intersection. I read some bad reviews but I always base my opinions on personal experience. When I walked in, it was very busy. There is a new Manager, Cedric, who was doing a great job with crew Natalie. He recommended their Texas Brisket with egg cheddar. I had that which was super delicious with a healthy, tasty apple juice and choc. chip cookie which was better than at most cookie stores. I also got my usual bag of yummy, fresh bagels with onion chive spread. Service was fast even though it was busy. Apparently, the new GM Cedric, is improving this location fast because I really enjoyed my visit and rank Einsteins 3 for 3 locations for the big 5 star! Highly recommended Einstein's location.
