        Person working drive thru window gave us a horrible attitude when we let them know the order was wrong. The person at the window left there position instead of helping us. A new worker came to the window and gave us the wrong order again.

        It's clear to me now why this location has such low ratings. I recently purchased a dozen bagels, forgetting to request them sliced. Realizing my mistake just as I stepped out, I promptly returned to ask for them to be sliced, only to be met with refusal because the transaction had already been completed. What was more disheartening was the manager's response, which was far from customer-friendly. The interaction was marked by rudeness and a lack of willingness to assist. This experience has left a sour taste, and it's unfortunate that customer service was not a priority in this instance.
