Awful management, awful price, awful maintenance. Live somewhere else and save yourself a big headache for sure.

Stayed there for 6 years!! Not a bad experience overall... Nice area, quiet for the most part, every now and again may have loud neighbors... Price was def not worth it in the end... I move there in 2017 I was paying 8- 9 hundred a month for rent and water...2023 I was paying 1400!! When we got new property owners they would raise the rent 200 dollars every year!! The old property owners would only raise it like 50 bucks!! Def not worth the price, hardly any amenities! Besides that it was koo!!

I like the location of Rise at the Lofts on 7th Street and Earl in the city of Phoenix because it's not really in the center of the city with the downtown busy hustling yet abides in easily accessible daily commodities such as grocery stores, restaurants, a multitude of different types of businesses piggybacked with just a short jont to downtown if necessary. However it lies deeply in a heavily populated apartment complex arena with a few of them complexes that appear as a bit on the 'trashy' side especially compared to the Lofts which appear as very well kept. I got a walk through one of the single bedroom units that was available and liked it so much I was 'sold'. The floor plan was very inviting, spacious, orderly and even provided perfect privacy for the bedroom. Lots of cabinets and closet space, the appliances were magnificent and the front window was huge looking right out to a beautiful swimming pool. The leasing agent gave me the impression that I would be approved by instantly emailing me the application, setting up a move in date, recommended a specific moving company and even asked for my voucher which pretty much says that the deal was 'in the bag'. A few days later I got an email that I actually did not get the apartment so I called only to be told, "good luck" by the same leasing agent who gave me the impression that I had it that he asked for my voucher, very very very important documents thus 'sealing the deal '. Well I guess not. So I went back to get my voucher and nobody was available and I had an appointment to get to. Then the next day or two I figured I better call before I go back again to get my voucher to make sure someone would be available and guess what? The leasing agent told me that the leasing office had been thoroughly cleaned and that my voucher was probably thrown in the trash. First of all any leasing agent should know how important voucher documents are and not to just toss them out and next any cleaning service should know not to even touch any office paperwork or documents of any kind much less toss them in the trash
