Colter Park Apartments

I toured this place and was so happy with my experience with the staff. This is the perfect location, the amenities are amazing, and the interior is even better. Definitely looking forward to living here and feel confident Jade will make this community amazing!

I have been here a year and enjoy living here the staff is very friendly and have been doing updates on the property and it looks very up to date and beautiful I am glad to call colter park apartments home I even renewed my lease here. The best place I lived in along time.

I saw this place on FOX 10. NEWS of young teenagers getting into fights and shooting at each other such an awful and Ghetto place to live .

Don't move here if you like having clean clothes. The laundry rooms here are awful. They're closing the one near the office at 6 pm instead of fixing their locks (which we all have key fobs for) and every other laundry room is disgusting and broken. One of them is absolutely trashed. One of the washers is just full of moldy water because they refuse to fix it. Get a new vendor!! We pay rent and one of the amenities we pay for is being able to do our laundry. It's so ridiculous.... Get it together. So many roaches. It's depressing. You'll spend so much money trying to get rid of them and nothing works. This complex is disgusting.

Terrible experience, the leasing agent is super rude, never willing to assist without sarcasm. Apt went 8 days without a working a/c, didnt even provide an option or portable unit and it was 115 outside. No communication. Large cut out in the bathroom ceiling, not repaired for 3 months. Had to constantly fight to finally get it fixed. Do better.
