They have been organized and accommodating to our family during this huge move. I was very impressed the options of homes we were able to view. We are in our 8th year of renting with Rapido and I know the staff very well! They are honest and affordable and responsive! I have had repairs done over the course of time and I have always been tested with respect and privacy. Sandy is the guy to know, very little he cannot do or get done! Happy renting to those that are considering using Rapido Realty!!

I rented a property with Rapido Realty from 1 Dec 2022 until 30 Nov 2023. I received the house in poor condition. the house was dirty and run down. I took over 200 photos and sent them all to Sanjit of Rapido Realty showing the issues with the house. A few things were Taken care of, but the majority never were fixed. the master bedroom flooded ever time it rained. I took photos, videos and sent them to Sanjit every single time. it cause serious water damage which I took photos and shared with Sanjit. it was never fixed. Now, they owe me $3000 for my rental deposit and $300 for cleaning deposit. it has been over two weeks and by Arizona law, I was supposed to receive my deposit, but Sanjit and Rapido Realty are not answering calls, texts or emails. I have been to their office which is always conveniently closed during business hours. Do not do business with them they have poor business ethics that appear to be more than just unethical or apathetic towards the property owners of which they have a fiduciary responsibility to protect and tenants!

I would give a ZERO star if I could, but DON'T ever use this property management company. Their "services" are pathetic. They are irresponsible. 1. They don't ever do home inspections on the rental property. So you have no idea what your tenant is up to 2. They charge the owner for expenses without providing any proof or receipt 3. They use sub-standard and unlicensed contractors for repairs at the house, without going through the home-warranty. When these lead to bigger issues, they do not take responsibility for it or help resolve them 4. They do not get involved with the HOA for any violations caused by the tenants I can go on and on about these issues. Their refusal to take responsibility for their actions/ duties despite getting paid for it is so frustrating
