Issue bogus violations without proof, and refuse to return phone calls or emails. Issued a violation for overnight parking, yet the “proof”was a photo taken at 830 am. However no cars were outside at this time, which signifies false documentation and a false allegation. When asked for proof they refuse to provide it, only stating that I can attend a board meeting to plead my case for an appeal. I have no problem paying a fine for a violation I actually committed, but there should be due process and the homeowner should have rights that are respected and maintained.

This HOA is HORRIBLE!!! They over charge and when you try to call them they are rude and unprofessional!

Honestly google needs to give us users an option for no stars for companies like this one! I can not believe the lack of professionalism from the management. They will charge an arm and leg for every last little issue they can find all to make more money. When you call nothing with be resolved so don’t try arguing anything, they will take forever to get back to you if they do. I have rented and owned multiple houses all with HOA and have NEVER experienced anything like this. I really hope something is done about management and the customer service provided because it is completely unacceptable and after reading the reviews it’s clear that I am not the only one to have ran into some issues with them.
