        Darwin Jones Property Management is an adequate property management company.

        The house had a leak in the water heater located in the garage and the owner didnt want to pay to get rid of the mold that had built up so he left it there. Within 3 months my baby got sick from inhaling all of the mold along with myself to where i had to write them to cancel out the lease. I was then charged for a HOA trash can violation fee. I was never advised of nor was in my leasing agreement there was HOA in the area. They are now holding my deposit for the amount of the HOA fees i never received a warning about never sent to me in my name but under the owners name and charges from before i moved into the house causing me such an inconvenience and hard ship because of my son medicals billing along with us having to find another place within such a short amount of time due to the issues within the home.
