Recently completed a lease with Ruth from WestUSA and when we moved into the place 1.5 years ago had to cleanup the place because of the bad quality of the remodel and workmanship. When we moved out we requested to be present during inspection to make sure we would not be charged for things that we did not cause. Our request was disregarded and inspection was completed without us present and we were charged for thing that were there when we moved in. DO NOT USE FOR LEASING OR SELLING.
