        I had some things shipped and they were not breakable accept 2 items. One was a stained glass that my mother made. They did not package it well the glass and lead frame were broke. This was important as my mother just passed away. The box was all smashed in and frame and glass were broke it was hororable. so watch them pack your things I did not. I trusted that they knew what they were doing and they clearly did not. .

      Good Morning, I would like to speak with you further on this issue! I can look at our security cameras and see exactly how these items where packaged. For all fragile pack items we are required to package items with 3-layers of bubble wrap to protect our items. As far as the box being crushed, that is unacceptable and it a problem I will bring directly to the hub. Unfortunately, when packages leave our store I can not control how it is handled. It seems that the drivers didn't handle your package as they where supposed to. And for that I am truly sorry!I would love to speak to your further about this issue, and find a solution that makes everyone happy! Please call us and ask for Stephen!Thank you, Your Owners at 3110
