The ViewSonic PA503W projector I bought is fully compatible with the Vividstorm floor rising ALR screen. I am very satisfied with this screen. The factory service is good and the delivery is fast.

I had a GREAT experience working with Jeff to solve a BIG problem. I had a previous install of a projector ceiling mount (DIY!) go horribly wrong, resulting in a seized ceiling mount flange that needed to be swapped out. After ordering a brand new ceiling mount Kit, I reached out to Jeff and explained what was going on. Jeff managed to find a replacement part that solved my problem for a fraction of the cost, and he was able to secure the part and get it to me overnight! My expectations with online retailers is usually very low, but I have to say Jeff and and Carla really did me a huge favor and provided me with great service. I can't say enough about how good this experience has been, and they've earned a customer for life.
