Staples

They are a decent store however I felt haggled a few times and that I was misled regarding their protection plan. They sold me a protection plan for a desk, the desk broke and I came to get it replaced and they told me they couldn't help me. I ended up having to escalate the issue to Staples corporate to get it fixed.

My favorite Staples Store. Great, helpful folks there. Use their print center there all the time, and buy most of computer peripherals there, too. Good prices.

Went in to get a document faxed. I asked an older gentleman in a maroon shirt and he looked me in the eye and then continued to do what he was doing. He heard me ask him a question and literally chose to ignore me. This has never happened to me in this type of environment. I found my way to the fax machine and asked for help. The young woman in a white shirt that was there was extremely helpful. I want to give this place 5 stars because she was so great, but that first guy was so rude that it stuck with me after I left. I'd still recommend this place, but getting absolutely ignored really annoyed me.

I purchased boxes today. Looked for someone to help me find them but could. I found them on my own. Store wasn't busy. Check out was fast.
