      image Extremely poor customer service. Attempted to order a replacement toner via online form and email and was shipped the incorrect item. Rather than simply apologize and fix the issue, a supply specialist denied fault, resisted a resolution and even quoted the incorrect item number in their response without even checking my order or the visible email thread. We had to purchase the item elsewhere, as several days have passed. I dont recommend this company at all.
