Coming Home

Nora and her staff at coming home went above and beyond great care for my mother. she was there for about 4 months until she passed. Mom seemed very happy there I got to see her often, in these days I was especially grateful for that. I would recommend them to anybody who needs great care for their loved ones. I would highly recommend this home to anyone whose loved ones needs compassionate, kind and loving care. The husband, wife caretake team are dedicated, hardworking, and just plan wonderful people. They truly want to honor all the residents and it obvious in how they respect them. Communication was important to me. Nora, the owner, was excellent at keeping me informed and she allowed me to ask questions. The place we had him in prior to Coming Home was very evasive. They didn’t like me to ask questions at all. So It was a welcomed relief to know that Nora was a willing partner with us in making the last days of my husbands life as enjoyable and comfortable as we could. I felt like we could ask anything and she was very knowledgeable. She was truthful and not afraid to report the truth, even if it was hard to hear. I so appreciated that. I trusted her fully. The day my husband passed was a difficult one emotionally. Nora and Leo were so gracious to all the family that was in and out to say goodbye. The home is very clean. Food is excellent and homemade each day. Leo, did most the cooking. It smelled so good in there. The atmosphere is peaceful and calm. Not loud or chaotic. There’s a lovely backyard with a large covered patio and the yard is meticulous. The room my husband was in was small but so comfortable. It even came with all the furnishings including a TV with cable, which was nice on evening visits. I will always cherish Coming Home as a gift. It was the perfect place for my husband to be when he went home with the Lord. I highly recommend them.

The home is spotlessly clean and the food is good. Nora is knowledgeable.
