He is a Certified Dementia Specialist which allows him to better understand what clients and their families might be dealing with. He also is deeply involved in Beyond Driving with Dignity, a program that assists Seniors and evaluating if they are safe to drive. Highly recommended.

May 2, 2021 RE: Blake Cook, Senior Care Authority We had been searching for a way to move Ricks mom back to Arizona her hearts desire to live there again. She had come to our home in Oklahoma to possibly live with us and while here broke her hip. She was in and out of the hospital and ended up in a nursing home. She desperately wanted to go back to Arizona to live. Also, we could not provide the assistance she needed. Before the pandemic I called mobile home parks, apartments and other places trying to find a place for her but had no luck. I called nursing homes and was told we would have to private pay for three months or more to move her in one of them and we knew we could not afford that. After the pandemic hit we gave up. In mid April I tried once again calling nursing homes. One of the homes gave me the phone number of an attorneys office that helps senior citizens with housing issues. I called them but they gave me the same information that we would have to private pay. After several calls and speaking with Melissa at the attorneys office she gave me Blake Cooks name and phone number and said he may be able to help. I called him on a Friday afternoon he answered immediately, said he was on vacation and would call me Monday. I thought well well see; but, sure enough first thing Monday morning he called. I explained the situation to him and he said he could help us. He immediately set up appointments for Rick to visit assisted-living homes that would take Jeannie in at a reduced rate until Medicare in Arizona could be activated. Rick drove to Arizona met with Blake and they visited several homes that he had set up appointments for him to see in one day. After returning home two days later Rick called Blake told him the home we selected for his mother and Blake went to work for us. During the next week we talked with Blake several times -- he was always very courteous and helpful. He contacted the insurance companies and started the process of getting her enrolled in Arizona insurance. Within a few days Blake had the home secured and Rick flew to Arizona with his mom. Blake picked them up at the airport took them to the home we selected and helped get her set up. Blake was amazing through the whole process -- he was always available by phone or e-mail and had a genuine interest in helping. Jeannie is now happily living in Arizona again -- her hearts desire. We highly recommend Blake Cook for any assistance in securing a home for senior citizens. He is amazing !!! Rick and Diana York

My dad is 82 years old. Hes been having a very difficult time taking care of himself. While visiting from out of state, I entered his home. I was in shock when I saw the inside of his home. It was obvious from the condition, that dad needed help. Ironically, during my visit, a kitchen fire started while I was visiting. The fire was due to excessive debris and extremely unsafe living conditions. I knew we needed to act quickly to get the help that my dad desperately required and really deserved. I spent the next 3 days trying to find a solution. I was referred to Blake in the process of making several phone calls. Blakes service and dedication is beyond anything Ive experienced. Within 72 hours of contacting Blake, he was able to help me find the resources and help that my dad needed. He reached out to several public and private organizations. He put me in touch with all the right people. Within just 3 days my dad has been safely relocated in a home that specializes in taking excellent care of him. My family and I can rest easy, knowing that hes now being cared for by professionals that and able to help him with his needs. Blake contacted all the right people and connected the dots, exactly how we needed. He never stopped working, answering his phone at late hours, being willing to make the connections we needed, at a moments notice. Hes been incredible. Blake Cook is literally a life saver. Hes compassionate and caring. Hes definitely dedicated to helping people like me and my dad. Im just grateful that I was able to meet him. Not sure where we would be right now, had Blake not been there to help us. I seriously recommend contacting him if you have anyone in your life whos elderly and needs support. -Sean Conner, Boise, ID
