Heritage village assisted living receives my highest rating . The staff are all so focused on providing excellent care to all of their residents. They treat them with the utmost respect and dignity. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a place for their mom or dad .

During this hard time of the pandemic the staff at Heritage Village has been working diligently on keeping me updated as to what is going on at the facility and adjusting plans as needed. As I am not able to visit the rooms to see what is needed by mom to keep her comfortable they have called me to inform me she is needing items and now I call once a month and Barbara has been able to get me over a list so that I can have the items purchased to take when I visit. I have had great assistance in getting the items purchased into her and they are always friendly. Barbara and the staff that work with her have assisted us in making our visits to my mom special. They are very patient with us and allow as much time as possible to visit. They also tell me how much they enjoy my mom which is nice to know that they care about the residents. We left another nursing home almost two years ago in a hurry because of the horrible way the staff was treating my mother and where fortunate enough to find Heritage Village. Would I recommend Heritage Village to someone, yes I would.
