It is a good, quiet, clean place, no crime, but many stray cats.

I would think twice before moving here. You may save money, but you want a peace of mind. You won't get any results done here. Go somewhere else.

Excellent property

They are very strict an have attendancey to turn off the water for hours without notice. Which sucks for those who have small babies in the neighborhood.
