I have been a resident of shadow Ridge community for over 15 years the Park has come along way it has done much better in the past few years under Manager or Sylvia please make sure that you go and see her if you need a new home the house is a reasonable and they are doing a lot of improvements to improve the community and make it a better place to live

Been living here for 4 years, extremely rude management. I personally dont mind discipline but managers are very BIASED. They look for any reason to charge you fees. They have increased the rent in the past year to $200, then $40 more to the rent bill. Not everyone follows the rules and management only sees what they want to. I have had my car towed by them and I find it so UNFAIR that Silvia gets the privilege to park her cars outdoors without them being towed. I dont tolerate them shutting the water off for part of the day without any notice. They added that trailers and off-road vehicles arent allowed. So, if you have any consider it. I once got kicked out of the pool for not wearing swimming clothes. Next day, the other manager Vanesa was in there with a regular T-shirt and shorts. They also had GLASS beer bottles in the pool! Not to mention, the people she was with were smoking weed with my kid being present and others. Overall, theres So much FAVORITISM. Best advice, dont buy here.
