My son and I came for an early dinner and I ordered a meatball sandwich with mustard. The problem was, it was dejon or deli mustard. I didn't think to ask and it ruined my sandwich. A staff member must've have overheard me mention it and offered to remake it with no problem! That sandwich was Sooooo good! Good service and good sandwiches?? Oh, we'll be back!

Very disappointed. Both sandwiches I ordered in this store were incorrect. Asked for one cold sub, it came hot. Asked for provolone cheese on both. Both came with ZERO cheese. Asked for tomatoes on the cold sub, no tomatoes. I mean how bad can you actually screw up two subs? DumpsterFireHouseSubs

Update:We came in today and ordered 4 subs and garlic bread, there was a mix up and only received 3 subs and bread, when i went to ask about it Robert fixed the problem and was wonderful about it. He is truly appreciated. He took the time to fix the issue and was awesome. Stephen behind the counter was also very kind and sweet. I truly recommend this place. I am a customer for life!! Love Firehouse Subs always a great sub. Have strawberry Dr. Pepper love it. Great people Update:3/15/24 the employees are always so great, very nice and as always I totally recommend this place!!!!
