Firehouse Subs Park San Tan

I stood their waiting for 3 minutes at the counter because the ding dong named Kellen stood at the register like a drone looking at me didnt say a word because I wasnt standing under the order here sign. He then just stared at me again after I walked up to the register, didnt say hi or anything had to awkwardly place my order. You need to train your employees in customer service, better yet hire people working with the public with basic social skills.

While reading reviews of this location, I was not sure how my visit would progress. After I ordered and was looking about only 1 table needed to be cleaned. One other customer was eating at a table. 8 mins for sandwich all good. 4 other customers came in the average sandwich prep time 9 mins. Time of arrival, 1:50 pm. Food was good.

Two words: Inflation and shrinkflation. Firehouse is an expert at both. I understand prices have gone up everywhere but nothing like how firehouse does it.
