        Went to get some new earrings not too long ago, two young women hanging around the store had no idea they were the employees as they were watching friend and I stand at the register and wait to be checked out. Almost 10 minutes go by we were about to leave when the two young women finish their conversation stand up from the chairs and ask if were ready to checkout. Friend and I were like?? Oh! so theyre the employees? But they watched us wait? They continued chatting and giggling with each other while checking us out and only said receipt is in the bag to my friend and I. Extremely unprofessional and sad.

        I agree, the place relies on false advertising. Everything claims a mark down but they do not give one. They do not provide a paper receipt and claim to email one which we never received. No amount of customer service can fix this place.
