The rudest lady works there. Calls you and hangs up. Then doesnt answer the phone again. Horrible customer service. Trust me. Go to a real store that appreciates customers. Ill take my 5,000 for a watch and necklace somewhere else

11/22/22 today at around 2pm. I was shopping for earrings with my sister. My sister asked for a specific style and one of the associates profiled her and directed her to other earring because those were expensive. When asked if she could repeat what she said she giggled and played it off. Its disgusting that people still profile and make assumptions when they have no idea. They clearly need customer service training as well as how to act professional.

I usually dont do reviews but my experience with Viviana at the Arrowhead Mall location was 5 Stars . No pressure on the Ring I bought showed me different Diamond sizes and color of gold and white gold . She explained the protection plane they offer what if covers and how much it is . She was very helpful and has great customer service . I highly recommend you stop by the Arrowhead Mall Store and see her or her staff . Once again Thank you
