I went in to this store in hopes to replace my wedding ring. I was treated well at first and made a purchase of a ring and 2 bands. They were to be resized and soldered together. I was told to come back and pick up in a week. I called on the day i was supposed to pick up to verify my ring was ready. The associate said it was, so i went to pick it up. Ring did not fit and was missing stones! I was not informed that multiple rings would affect sizing when i asked for assistance on sizing this was not mentioned to me by the manager Maria or the associate. I was told to come back in another week and the ring would be ready. I called again to make sure it was in fact ready before going to pick up. The associate in the phone assured me the ring had been resized and stones replaced abs was ready for pickup. I arrived and was told the ring was again not ready and was now missing another stone! I was asked to come back in another week and told if any other stones fell out the ring would be replaced. I was called a week later to be told that another stone had fallen out and that i had to wait another week for the ring. I asked what could be done for my inconvenience because it had now been 3 weeks since my purchase and i was being asked to wait another week. I was given no apology for my inconvenience. I called back to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I finally requested a refund and after arguing with the manager was granted a refund but had to go back to the store to receive it. The manager did not say 2 words to me. No apologies for how i was treated or the many inconveniences i was put through. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never shop here again. TERRIBLE!

GABI was so Helpful Good at explaining everything for me even when I didnt understand she had the patience to still go over everything slowly not rushing She helped me choose the best Gift for my boyfriends birthday Ive been so happy all day today, highly Recommend GABi and I will be back for more stuff

I wouldnt work here no matter how much they pay me. The managers are idiots, I was schedules for an interview at a certain time and they (not me, them) got the time wrong. They also hvnt called me back for a thrid interview..I went to the first interview, only for them to tell me I "was late" (even though they were wrong not me) and go to a diff location for an interview. The story is if anyone is interested, I got a call and they said if I could go in at "x" time. I said i work so it wouldnt be possible but 1 hr later would. The guy said thats fine and proceeded to schedule me at the original time, like he didnt care about my time only his. Then i get there and told the lady i had an interview at "this" time. She said I was late and had to go to a different location for the interview.... She wasnt doing anything and too lazy to interview me when I was supposed to. So i did , I went 1 hr away (both ways) for a 10 min interview, only to be told to go to the original location for a new interview. This company it horrid and as much as I wanted to work there. They are braindead and it would be a terrible experience.... Zero star if possible, the managers are incompetant and lacking brain cells.
