We had our 2 month old in the store to get her ears pierced. My fianc was very nervous and the lady doing the piercing did a very good job of comforting both my fianc and our baby girl. (I cant remember her name but she said she always does the infant piercings)

Horrible customer service. Was taking my daughter to get her ears pierced she didnt seem like she wanted to do it. I showed her my digital license that is valid through the state of Arizona and she kept saying no, she was ignoring me and just disregarding my daughter and I. So we left do better Clairs
