Once Upon A Child Glendale

I shopped here once they was nice I have a 5year old and I went through his clothes he has clothes never been warm with tags on them do you guys accept new clothes as well ?

I used to go here all the time, but they moved to another location so I barely go there. Love finding great stuff for my kiddos.

They sell used nike onesies for like $10 tbh its kinda a rip off because they buy your clothes for pretty cheap then double the price. i understand they have to make a profit as well but cmon selling used one piece name brand onesies for $10 is crazy when thats the price for new ones at burlington, dds, or ross.

We are glad to find a place that takes some of the baby things because our grandkids are growing out of some items.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have tried selling at this location multiple times and each time I go the same lady say the clothes I bring in smell like smoke even when I know I just washed them before going up there and there is no smoking in my home. Almost each time i turn around and take them to the Scottsdale location and they accept them the items with no issue and they never smell smoke. My most recent time was about 1 or 2 weeks ago and once again I was told they smell like smoke I asked her what smoke does she smell and all she said was I dont know it just smell like smoke but at the same time accepted shoes from the same batch of items that smell like smoke which makes no sense to me. At this point I feel like it is discrimination and I will NOT shop there nor attempt to take anything else to this location.
