        Before coming to drop off clothing I called and listened to the recording with instructions for dropping off, which specifically said that you do not need an appointment and can come in anytime during business hours. I came at 715 and was told by Kenzie very rudely that the store cuts off buying at 7 pm. If that is your policy you should probably consider updating your instructions so your customers dont waste their time. I will not be back to sell or by based on this experience.
