Do not .. I repeat do not move here . I dealt with horrible experiences here for 3 years. We finally got a bigger and cheaper apartment somewhere else. The san remo apartments are very small inside and full of mold. Lots of homeless people come on the property too and my car got broken in to 2 times. The office girls are very rude and have bad attitude! They dont even change the carpets when they are filthy dirty, they just clean them and move people in like that. I wish I could give 0 stars. Ive been noticing a lot of people moving out. I also had homeless people camping out on my porch and I told the office and they didnt do anything about it. The pools are always closed and dirty and the playgrounds have trash everywhere. Very ghetto place. I cant believe I spent 3 years there .

We tried to call this place all day today. No answer. The one time they answered, they hung up. So we drove to the community to take a tour. The office ladies barely acknowledged us. Didn't greet us as we came in. I had to walk to her desk. And realized there were 2 ladies there. One asked what do I needed. I said we want to look at a 2 bedroom. She asked when do you want to move in? I said immediately. She said oh, we don't have any available until mid August, early September.
Why do apartments list for rent, if nothing is available? I told her they should answer their phone because this is something you could have told me before I drove across town. She just said do you need anything else. Smh.
The apartments looked nice. We didn't get to tour one. It's listed as a gated community, but the gates were wide open. The pool was green. Maybe it's a good thing we didn't tour the place. Staff is useless. And the community needs improvement. Do better San Remo.

Without a doubt very bad service from the girls in the offices I went to ask for information and they did not answer my questions. They only told me that I had to bring my proof of income and that after that they would explain it to me but they did not tell me the cost or anything , only answered Very forcefully what I asked you, that sometimes feels uncomfortable, I turned around and left, if that's your attention, I can't imagine renting there, very bad experience

There a joke . The new company that bought them out . 9 months an nothing fixed. I can agree with every one else but only on the one front office younger chunky girl with the half blonde. She is very rude an lies a lot ! Im glad Im not there any more and I could not even take all of my things due to the roach problem from down stairs . I am not taking them with me to my new apartment. left voice mails with there corporate office an nothing. The lady that answered the phone at their corporate office told me she is instructed not to transfer to their main people or she will get into trouble. because I was telling her everything I have been dealing with an she said she understands it all an she is very sorry.
