The tides on 67th They have been through a lot, but they have Kept strong and the complex and community is getting better. But I must say the people in the office well, the new people in the office Bianca and Stephanie have been wonderful. They have been a bonus to this place and Ive watched several management come and go They have been wonderful during my stay. I must say Id have problems, but they were resolved so at the end of the day I could say this is a great place to stay

Going to report this to the AG since this company is currently being sued for price fixing rents, on top of that they run this building as a slum. Its been 6 months and your community manager yelled at me on the phone for not being patient enough. I cant believe youre charging me $1500 a month, the most money Ive ever paid in my life, and you treat us like garbage. Where is my money going?! Why are we surrounded by garbage and broken things?! We are trapped I would love to leave, but you lied to move me in and you trapped us here!!!!!

3.30.2024 Been living in this property since September 2019. Been through several management companies and several managers. The roach problem is real folks. No amount of preventative treatment will help since it would require fogging the entire building not just one unit. Also doesnt matter how clean you keep your place the roaches are everywhere and in everything. Weve had to place the majority of our stuff in storage just to ensure it doesnt get roach infested. This has resulted in an extra cost that is in addition to already ridiculous rent amount that we pay for the apartment. Something is going on with the property on another level. Apartments arent being turned at a regular rate. Some have sat for 3-4 months and are still empty. One apartment has a window missing that isnt boarded off. There are several parked vehicles that also havent moved in months. Finally and the biggest red flag is that we havent had landscaping in several months either. The property is completely overgrown with grass and weeds. This also includes the main curbs that everyone sees as they drive by. The one laundry room on property is always a wreck. The washers were replaced but not the dryers. There is a hand written note posted to only use cold water for the wash cycles. Management isnt saying a word as to what is going on with the property. We would move if we could afford to. With the extra costs and the ridiculous rent we are stuck.

I literally just moved in on September 8th 2023 and yes there's things that need fixed... they literally had 3 weeks to fix it before I moved in and it wasn't fixed.... the day of my move in I immediately started getting extremely nasty attitude from Mary, the apartment manager. And last night I had very hot water come running out of my ac unit on my floor so of course not knowing if it was a fire hazard I called emergency maintenance... they came took care of it... well after they left the ac unit made a loud pop sound followed by smoke... so this morning I call to have someone come check it again.... and again Mary gave me extremely nasty attitude and even said that the very hot water coming out of my ac unit was not an emergency and that I need to be a ln adult and not abuse the emergency maintenance line. Now mind you I literally just moved in 2 days ago. I will advise that if you move into this complex to document literally everything. And record all calls with Mary because her attitude is horrible. On my move in day I had asked if the College Dorm size refrigerator was replaced with a standard sized refrigerator and Mary threatened to void my lease because she claimed it was a standard sized fridge. It definitely is not. And the entire conversation with Mary was her talking over me and giving me horrible attitude. Im regretting moving her just because of her. I will say on a positive note about this complex, the maintained team is super quick to come and fix any issues. And the leasing agent Cece was absolutely the best to work with. She was very clear about the entire process and answered all my questions quickly. She even walked the unit with me on move in day and we marked everything that needed fixed on the move in sheet. Cecelia is the main reason besides the ample storage in my kitchen for why I rented here. For the amount of money this place is asking for on rent Mary should be very nice. And not be on a power trip and giving attitude like she is. Edit as of 2/20/24 I broke my lease and left, on December 1st I was completely moved out. I would have moved sooner had I had the money. But with the accident and losing my job due to it .... I dont know who the current managers are or if they are even working to fix the issues at that complex. I am just so extremely happy to be away from there. I am still traumatized by the accident and what followed the accident at that apartment complex. I will say that on a positive note.... they did just completely void my lease and refund me all the money I did pay.
