DONT DO IT!!! This place is infested with roaches and bugs!!!! I moved in last March this place is a scam theyll show you the nice renovated apartment at first everything seems so nice. On our first day here we get a call that our apartment is infested with roaches that theyll have to give us a different unit that cost more then our original unit, We took it! Thinking oh theyre just looking out putting us somewhere safe LMAO NO it was all a joke the unit we moved in is RENOVATED but roaches and bugs living here is so gross and Im not talking about 2-3 a day & night Im talking about everyday you wake up cleaning and killing them in the middle of the night my Bf is kept up by it cuz he is so worried our 1 year old might have bugs around his sleeping area its ridiculous its a nightmare!!!! I wake up everyday disinfecting my unit and go to bed doing the same thing only to repeat it over & over for months!!!!!!! The office knows about this issue I have pest come every Tuesday and stilllllllll the issue is not getting better, they tell me they gotta bomb the unit but where the hell am I supposed to go for 4-5hrs with a 1yr old!?????? I did not sign up for this its so frustrating and disappointing I asked if we could brake out lease and they said yea but wed have to pay over 2000$ to move out like WTH how is all is our fault ?!?!? Its no fair. Please people save your money /energy / and sanity this is the worst place out here in Glendale yes I know the outside looks beautiful so convincing but the roaches and bugs live inside the buildings walls we got new couches 2 months ago and we dont even eat on them and I killed a roach while sitting on them with my 1 year, I freaked out and he saw me out of carcter I just cannot believe this place they wont do anything about it. Just say IM SO SORRY this place will get worst before it gets any better Ive suggested on the phone that maybe we can all get on the same page and all residents work together to figure this out because this is not safe or healthy , Ive lived in 2 previous apartment and yea u see 1-2 in the summer and thats it. But here hell no youll have to accept it and deal with it. So disappointing I can not strech it enough I cant wait for our lease to be over. Shame on the owner for asking over 2000$ to brake the lease over this kind of issue thats out of our control and have nothing to do with it
