        This company is a scam. They charged us $1000 to put in a couple fans and a humidifier. They left those in my home for 5 days and never did any work whatsoever. My husband finally tore out the ceiling after the 3rd day. They came back 2 days after he tore out the ceiling to "check the equipment". I told them my husband had already done the work and they could take their equipment. They then sent me an invoice for $1000. This place is ridiculous and I would not throw away your money. Update: 2-25-24the response from Servpro regarding my review says it all.

        Servpro was great to work with when we discovered a leak behind our hot water heater. They came out the same day we called. It took about 10 days to destruct the problem area and dry it out but the workers were all courteous and efficient. They very carefully cleaned up the area before they left. I would recommend them to anyone!!

      Felicia, I am terribly sorry that you feel this way. We had provided you a quote for services and were waiting for your approval of asbestos testing prior to doing demo for our safety and yours. You then elected to remove the drywall yourself so ultimately you were billed for equipment rental and monitoring as it costs us money to send out employees and our equipment is not inexpensive. I wish there was some feedback that you provided that was actionable for us to improve but instead, you chose to provide a negative review without proper context for other prospective customers to see. As a small, locally owned business, next time we would all appreciate you making a phone call to our office versus take this tact.
