So, I had water damage that flooded a bathroom and required work to dry out the walls and floor; this required the walls to be opened up and the floorboards to be removed. It took several days to dry the place out. After that, the toilet could be restored and re-installed. Then, the bathroom was repainted and looks like new!

I'm writing to express my utter dismay and frustration with the appalling experience I recently endured with Hyperbuilt Restoration. My interactions with their company have left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the integrity of their business practices.
First and foremost, their customer service is an absolute disgrace. The communication between Hyperbuilt and their subcontractors was nonexistent as evidenced by the many mistakes made. It's evidently clear that providing clear direction and communication with their subcontractors was sorely lacking. A project projected to take 3-4 weeks, turned into 3-4 months.
Equally distressing is the abysmal quality of workmanship demonstrated by Hyperbuilts team. The service I received was riddled with defects, errors, and blatant disregard for attention to detail. Their lack of care in the restoration process, prior to repairs, resulted in a cascade of wrong installs, additional flooding, broken existing granite slab and a complete disregard of a quality install. It is patently obvious that the concept of delivering a finished product that reflects any semblance of competence is lost on Hyperbuilt.
What's most infuriating is the sheer indifference displayed by their company towards customer satisfaction. It's as if once payment is received, all accountability and responsibility vanish into thin air. Expecting our homeowners insurance to pay extra, for mistakes made by Hyperbuilt , was laughable. This egregious lack of professionalism is not only insulting but unacceptable.
My experience with Hyperbuilt has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their abysmal customer service and subpar workmanship are a blight on the industry and an affront to anyone unfortunate enough to engage with their services. Unless drastic improvements are made, I can only caution others to steer clear of Hyperbuilt at all costs.

I want to thank Hyperbuilt for the excellent work they did at my home. I especially appreciate the professionalism of working with Benji and Brandon. Benji worked hard to make sure everything was well coordinated during the process, and he kept me updated regularly. Brandon did an excellent job with all of the detail work at my home and his precision, kindness, and attention to detail were amazing. I am very happy with the outcome! In addition, all of the employees from Hyperbuilt who worked at my home were extremely courteous and helpful.

We were referred to Hyperbuilt after being mitigated with Drylux following a roof leak that made its way down two stories. Scott was our project manager and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. He asked fact finding questions to ensure the best fit for any materials needed for the rebuild. Mario and Manuel came in on day one and worked so efficiently, getting so much more done than I had anticipated. You can tell that Mario has been in the trade for a long time with his attention to detail. Day two was with different workers and we werent 100% pleased with the work that was completed. I reached out to Scott and he called me quickly after, advising me that Mario would be back to finish/fix the work in the morning. Mario and Manuel came back and did top notch work and restored both spaces to pre-loss conditions. Scott finished out the paperwork to get the rest of the money released from insurance. Overall, Hyperbuilt met all of my expectations and I would refer anyone to them for any rebuilds.
