Very unprofessional company, horrible customer service. Lack of communication between own employees & updating customer in a timely manner.... Promised to come a certain day & didn't. Promised to call right back & didn't placed my claim June 29th with AHS & today is July 29th and pump has barley been installed yet still not properly tested. Pump not on or running ? Pool is still green?! Was promised a free one time cleaning service ?
Technician Lou left my water hose on to fill my pool with out speaking to someone directly to notify us when to turn off & was at work came home to pool area completely over floated & personal items ruined including string lights, a speaker & wooden lounge chairs. Zero care or compassion when speaking to customers. Raised voice at me, cut me off, simply not listening.
Not only am I Asst GM & Brand Advocate of the company I work for, but have worked in customer service for over 14 years. So, Ive had my fair share of customer service experiences on both ends & this takes the cake.
I will have another company that I trust come & verify work that was done correctly & is functioning properly.
Never, have I experienced a “company” so unprofessional, rude, & unhelpful! I will never recommend “Jasper/Specialty” and will spread my experience & poor review on all social media platforms to ensure no one else has to deal with this including; American Home Shield, FaceBook, Google, Yelp & all others!
