Homeowners beware-this company attempted to scam us but thanks to AZ Registrar of Contractors they were corrected with a judgement from a Tribunal judge. Hired ER to perform two bathroom remodels in our home. We pre paid this company as this was their demand to perform the work. Do not pay this company in advance. They only did one bathroom remodel and abandoned the job by not completing the second bathroom. Christian caused four major water leaks with significant damage to the first floor of the home. Four other leaks were from the shower head, handle, tub faucet, and toilet. We hired another plumber to correct their errors. This damaged the kitchen ceiling, the pantry ceiling collapsed from the water and we had to throw away everything in the pantry due to water damage, and the garage ceiling had to also be re-dry walled. This damage was caused by Christian poorly installing the first upstairs bathroom toilet, shower, and bathtub. We filed a complaint with ROC case # 2021-03081 and this company was cited and penalized for performing work without a permit, poor workmanship, not returning our money for work not complete and using an invalid and expired license number on the contract. We do not recommend this company. They pre-collected the contract amount but did not return the money until a judge and the ROC Recovery fund forced them to repay the thousands of dollars they stole and for the repair work in the first bathroom they never performed. This company did not do the right thing and has very poor business ethics. Randy and Christian were horrendous to work with from our experience due to their lack of industry knowledge, poor business ethics, threatening emails, illegal change orders, and stealing money by pre-collecting the money and not performing the work bound by the contract. Check with ROC and request a history report. Do not hire this company. We lost complete trust and confidence in this company.

While Everything Residential was remodeling our master bath, they caused 4 water leaks that did drywall damage to our kitchen pantry, garage ceiling, kitchen ceiling and wall in master bedroom. They were not using a licensed plumber to do any of the plumbing work. When I asked Christian where he learned his plumbing skills his response was “You Tube”. Due to this poor workmanship, we opened a complaint with the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

Christian and his team did an exceptional job working on my patio and garage extension. Lads did it very quick and with an attention of detail. If you want your build to come out alright, you need to hire people who are passionate about their job, Christian and his team are one of them. I really appreciated the fact that Christian took his time to explain to me the execution of the job from start to finish, as I have no knowledge of construction. Highly recommend! I will be hiring Christian and his team again for my backyard re-development. Services: Patio construction, Repair flooring, Concrete pouring, Foundation pouring
