Although you never really want to "need" remediation services, thus far working with Puroclean has been the easiest part of the process. Our family had a pretty major water leak / clean-up that had resulted in mold growth. Puroclean came in with a quickness and handled the situation. Every single employee that entered our home was very respectful and personable. They are very professional and even keeled when handling tough conversations. The office staff are very friendly and empathetic and will ensure the customer understands the situation fully and what to expect next. If you are needing the services of a clean up crew this is your company! I hope I don't need to use them again, however if something does come up I will be a little less stressed out knowing I have Puroclean in my speed dial! Thanks TEAM you all rock!
