I had an appointment scheduled for my dog. He got sick over last weekend and I had taken him to a separate urgent care. I had scheduled this appointment for a follow up. I was looking forward to getting some professional advice and care regarding my loving dog. Unfortunately I did not receive any of this. I received a call from Stephanie stating that his appointment needed to be rescheduled because their computer system was down. The soonest available appointment he could be rescheduled for was 2 weeks away. The frustrating part is that instead of rescheduling the appointment in a timely manner, I was told that I would have to wait 2 weeks for my pet to be seen. Honestly while on the phone with Stephanie, I showed more empathy for her, than she did for me. I really hope someone reads this review and speaks with Stephanie regarding her behavior towards customers. Also not having a working computer system shouldnt be an excuse for turning away patients, there should be a backup paper system in place if computer systems ever fail.

Its really difficult to get ahold of someone here. Get told Im on hold and then they pick up the line to hang up. Conflicting hours, online shows open you arrive for your appointment only to see that its closed. Even getting text messages you missed your appointment or message reminders of your appointment. The staff is generally nice in person at least, Ive experienced some minor issues of them not documenting the right shots we paid for or had done. Its a little all over the place.
