    For those looking for a luxury apartment, please save your money and look elsewhere. I moved into this apartment 6 months ago. It is a smaller complex so its not very big. When I moved in, there was plenty of parking available by my building. As more people moved in, parking became less and less, which is expected. Although, when we signed our lease we were under the impression that an assigned cover parking spot would be provided. After we moved in, the office told us they got in trouble with the city of Gilbert for the parking lot not being ADA compliant, so they are legally not allowed to assign parking. We thought this issue was going to be resolved so we reached out to the office asking for an update. Well, since its under new management, if we dont have anything in writing from the previous management, they cant do anything about it. They mentioned partnering with the mall to give us guest parking passes, but what apartment, let alone LUXURY apartment, have you lived in that doesnt provide at least one assigned parking spot? Almost $2k in rent and stupid fees and I cant even get a parking spot inside the broken gates I pay for? Thats the other part- youll pay $35 a month for a technology package and everything is broken the day after its fixed. Again, almost $2k in rent and stupid fees, and nothing works? One of the few doors to my building that is located outside of the gates is constantly broken, but I guess that doesnt matter when other gates are also broken. When we moved in, we were told the middle gate would be getting fixed and again, zero attempts have been made to fix it. Ive seen the common areas cleaned once since living here and it took a dog peeing in the hallway and the owner not cleaning it up for them to hire a cleaner. The office told me they were working on getting someone here on a regular basis, but that should have already been a thing. The trash rooms are constantly disgusting and covered in food. I understand that its the tenants making the mess, but it is their responsibility to make sure it is sanitary to even walk into. After the one person cleaning crew came in, the floors were still disgusting and covered in dirt and food. This is not a luxury apartment and dont let the photos and nice looking apartments fool you. My dog could have done a better job at building the gate to the dog park, which is also broken and has never even been attempted to be fixed. The dog bags are constantly running out and Ive seen them take over 24 hours to replace them so the dog park fills up with dog poop. Dont waste your time because theyll give you the bullshit excuse of we just changed management and things take time even though its been well over a month. This property has never been maintained well and the new management isnt doing a great job either. Just more and more people who dont care about their job. I shouldnt have to call the office and ask when the dog pee in my hallway and elevator is going to be cleaned up. And it shouldnt take them three hours to do so after I informed them. These are issues that you shouldnt be having when paying for a luxury apartment. Highly unsanitary and an extremely disappointing property.
