Espiral is managed by Greystar, a company that is currently being sued by the Arizona attorney general for (allegedly) illegal price fixing that caused residents to pay millions more than they should have. Please, dont take my word for it, go look it up.

We've really loved living here for the last year. No major complaints at all. Seems like maintenance has been rather quick and on top of most things. It's our first apartment experience in years and I'd definitely recommend it to other people. We really liked that the main bedroom is larger than most and the first floor patio on some of the units have a huge patio which is great if you have dogs. The units facing Palm st are so peaceful, in my opinion.
