If I could give no stars I would. I currently live here and my roommate who applied was not on lease somehow. They have been with holding $300 worth of her packages and refused to give them to her, told her she wasn't on the lease when she applied to live her and gave her no answer for a week. They just repeatedly told her you don't live here so we can't give you these packages(illegal in all 50 states). I finally went down there (yelling, which is my bad) but I wanted to know why she paid to live her but wasn't on the lease and why they were illegally holding packages( I checked with the police and they let me know it's illegal and to call them if the leasing office gave me issues.) I went down and told her it's illegal and if she didn't give her her packages then I would call the police and this leasing manager, bold face said "then call the police" in a smug tone and smiled, so I did. While I was talking to the police she fixed the problem with my roommates. The leasing managers response was ridiculous regardless if I was angry. We will also be looking into civil court as the police mentioned we can also do because since my roommate has proof of payment for applying here and wasnt on the lease, they can audit where the money shes been paying is going to. And We will let you know if the packages come tampered with!

If zero was available, I will give them the negative stars I lived there for a year. specially after the new management, they refuse to fix anything, and when I moved out they stole my deposit and they sent me a bill for 700 and some dollars to put a new carpet. Mind you when I moved in the carpet wasnt the greatest and I dont know how Im responsible for that crab.
