I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Cadia Crossing. I could genuinely write paragraphs on paragraphs about the building, the leasing office team, location, amenities, and the maintenance team.
Starting with the leasing team- they have been nothing but helpful, and accommodating since our first tour. My roommate and I did a tour with Steven and he was the BEST! Steven single-handedly sold us on this place and was so knowledgeable and went in depth about every inch of the property. Warm, friendly, and fun! After we toured Cadia, we went to look at one other place and from the moment we stepped into the other office, we knew that Cadia would be our new home. (: The rest of the leasing team, knew our names everytime we went into the office and it feel like a community!
The location is perfect and very safe! We are 7 minutes from downtown Gilbert where all the action is and only a few minutes from the Shoppes.
The amenities are amazing. The pool can be used all year round and its heated!! (Which I found out when I wanted to cold plunge in the winter and found out it is not cold at all lol) The grills are always clean, you can watch tv in the cabanas. I loved coming out there to work or just to sit when I was on my lunch breaks (I work from home). The waterfall is so peaceful! The gym is HUGE - 2 stories and there is also a little yoga room, which I wish I used more.
The maintenance team was always so quick to come and fix everything. If it wasnt that day, then they would be at my apartment first thing in the morning. Such sweet people and always smile and wave on their little carts when theyre driving around (: make sure to wave back!!
I am now moving out of state and wish I could pick up Cadia and move it to Idaho with me :(
You guys have raised my expectations on what a leasing team should be! I have been in contact at least once with everyone and they are the best. Love you all, and I wish I could give you all kisses on the forehead before I go! This has been the best 2 years and it was worth EVERY PENNY. If I ever come back to Phoenix, I will DEFINITELY come back to Cadia.

Since Ive moved in the staff has been absolutely wonderful to me! They have been so loving and caring I did another 5star review before I moved in and some places switch up after you move in! Not this place! Even with the management staff change to Leilani, it has been seamless! She is so wonderful just as welcoming and helpful to me as Leanne and Ashley! Gratitude! I have just loved staying here! Maintenance is very responsive too!

The team here is great! Met Leilani the new assistant manage for the first time and she was very friendly and helpful. We are blessed to call this place home.

Im moving into Cadia Crossing tomorrow and Im excited. The grounds are clean, my two bedroom is spacious and the assistant Leilani made my paperwork process very easy. Everything was simple and transparent. Thank you for your help, looking forward to my residency and time at Cadia.

The manager and new assistant manager Leilani are terrible. They are rude and don't give the tours of any of the amenities. Just the apartment and that's it. Ms. Leilani, be professional next time you have a guest with you when walking into work. It wasn't appreciated for my kids to see your significant other to grab your backside on your way into the building. However, Ms. Ashley, you are the best and such a sweetheart. Never change. :)
