Josh with maintenance was great got here quick and fixed the problem right away. Thanks to the wonderful maintenance team for always being here when something goes wrong.

This is a new, well planned out Home-style Community. Josh is amazing and keeps the place maintained very well. He even showed us how to use all the great new appliances! Great Team and location!

Residing at Town Germann has been quite a pleasurable experience so far I relocated to Arizona from Florida a month ago and Im so thankful that I found these beautiful townhomes for me and my daughters to call home.The entire staff from the office to maintenance is awesome. My particular unit wasnt ready when I got to AZ, but management was able to accommodate me and switched me into another unit at the last minute, which it was a very painless process. Also the maintenance crew is great as well. I had an emergency on a Sunday and they called someone to get it taken care of within the hour which is super awesome.Everybody I have met so far has been super nice and it was also super cool that they had an Easter egg hunt for the kids. I recommend anybody who wants to live in a peaceful and loving community to reside at; I strongly recommend Town Germann.

Maintenance always takes good care of the grounds and pool area place looks and feels like an actual resort thank you guys for being so attentive
