Applied, was accepted, and then the rent was instantly hiked twice in the span of 3 minutes. We could no longer afford the apartment and cancelled. Weeks later I get an email regarding a move-out fee when I never even moved in. We spend 0 time in that apartment, never even received keys, and theyre trying to charge us for moving out. Ariana was very incompetent during the application process and again while trying to discuss the wrongful move-out fee. Takes any and every excuse to hang up on you. Lovely architecture, but horribly overpriced and awful staff. Shady business practices 101 Id give 0 stars if I could. Do not rent here unless you want to get screwed over before ever setting foot in the door. Edit, (I know its been months) We had the same price quote the entire process up until we were accepted. Which was about a week. Not 48 hours. So, going by your logic and ignoring the shadiness, that further proves your staff is lazy because they made absolutely no effort to notify.

The curly haired front desk woman is extremely rude,disrespectful, and rushes residents that pay to live here "providing her salary" to hurry and leave the club house. If your grabbing a drink she will hover and ask if your done yet, if you have small children or dogs with you it's worst she is so ridiculous to kids she honestly needs to be fired! Hire more people like Stephanie,Arianna, and Penny they know how to make people with families and all residents with pets welcomed in all areas of aiya, her smart mouth response really make your residents not want to renew their lease and move to a more family responsible area! This place is over priced for this dollar tree behavior how disgusting I would give a 0 start if optional!

Beautiful complex but not the highest quality and seems rushed at times. Paint splatter on our washer and dryer, from painting the door after washer and dryer installation. Faucet was loose from the minute we came in and studs in walls are very far apart leading me to believe they were rushed. It is dog friendly but the laminate flooring is unbelievably cheap and is already showing major scratch marks (I have a very small dog) less than a month in. Front door was scratched already upon move in and there was small scratches already on the floor. Id assume it was from builders walking around in their boots. Pool FINALLY (mid summer in AZ???) opened but dog park hasnt been touched in months. How hard can it to be lay grass? either fake or real. Staff in the office isnt the best either. Beautiful complex in appearance but it is rushed and not high quality and with the lack of hustle on the amenities it has been very frustrating. Paying a luxury price for an apartment thats not very luxury. Leasing agents will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to move in.
