Be prepared to lose 80% of your security deposit. Spent a whole weekend cleaning out our apartment just to get charged a cleaning fee even though we scrubbed and cleaned for hours. And they replaced the carpets when they were barely even dirty. Rip offs

Love my new place Darrell is such an amazing help In The leasing office very quick and professional response time to let me know I got my place love that also well kept clean buildings s by far the best I've seen in years definitely will be staying here for some years to come thanks again acero val vista

The apartment complex is nice, but management and staff are terrible. It definitely brings down the community. I would not recommend moving here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
