    Update: after move out. Management at this facility is horrible. They charged me to replace a rug that they replace anyhow and still never fixed my leaking roof. I moved out before my lease was up because of how noisy upstairs neighbors were and how terrible my experience was with the staff here and they entered my apartment on several occasions and left lights on without my permission . Save yourself the hassle dont live here!. Update on 11/8: I've consistently faced problems at this complex , including leaking roofs, incomplete maintenance requests ,rodent issues, and, most recently, encountering rude and condescending front office staff( specifically the woman who called me on11/8) . The overall customer service has been extremely disappointing, and based on my experiences, I cannot recommend moving here. Prior issue: Eric came this morning first thing to address the issue . This is the fourth day (the offices and maintenance were closed due to a holiday). He confirmed the call center never notified them of my issue. Ill share this with the office manager because their emergency line is not providing the service they should. Initial complaint: As a resident who submitted an emergency request due to a non-functioning stove three days ago, I am extremely displeased with the lack of resolution for this issue. It is not only preventing me from providing cooked meals for my family, but it also hampers our ability to meet specific dietary needs. The fact that this problem remains unresolved for three days, reaching its third day today, is deeply disappointing and entirely unacceptable. I was informed by the call center that my situation is not considered an emergency. However, I firmly believe that the ability to provide proper nutrition to my son surpasses the threshold of an emergency, especially considering that this property has the responsibility to promptly address the urgent needs of its tenants. It is outrageous that I am now left without a functional stove on a national holiday! This is an utterly unacceptable way to conduct business, and the complete absence of customer service in response to this issue is inexcusable.

Yvonne,We understand frustrations can arise living onsite and the safety measures we must uphold, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Continue to let us know if you have any ongoing issues you would like us to address. While we strive to always be polite, timely and transparent, I apologize for what sounds like a less than ideal conversation with our call center. Without our residents, we could not be in business, so we know how important it is to provide excellent customer service. There may have been some opportunities for us to better communicate with you, so that your perception of us would reflect our values. We certainly appreciate your longevity in the home and I’m sorry that we did not see eye to eye on the charges that you were assessed, as we prepared the home for the next resident to enjoy.
