I lived at the Reserve for 4 years and had very few complaints. I'd give it 4.5 starts if I could, but not quite 5. Maintenence was always on top of the requests and the location is very quiet and chill. It is family friendly, so there are often children running around. The only complaint is the raising of rent over the years. Like every complex, they tried to play the game and ultimately I moved out in the fall. I watched the prices of my unit out of curiosity and at one point it was listed for $50 less than I was paying and almost $250 less a month than my renewal offer. Had they kept it as was, or lowered it, maybe I'd have stayed. Once I moved out there was also a disagreement with refunding a bit of my deposit to pay for changes that had to be made to the unit. After asking a lot of questions, they ultimately refunded my deposit in full. All in all it is a great place to live and, with any apartments around here, they'll try to take whatever money they can get, so don't be afraid to stand your ground and it'll be fine.
