Took my phone in to get the screen replaced. Got it replaced pretty quick. But just days after I started to notice my front camera started to develop some dust or something. Which has never happened before with the original screen. Called back and asked if they could check it out again. The guy that I had spoken to was very nice and helpful about it. Cleaned it with no charge. But again, the front camera did the same. So again, I took my phone back to ask if they could see what was wrong with my front camera and why that kept happening. This time I spoke to a lady who was kind of rude and seemed annoyed about it. She told me that it was water damage and that they couldnt do anything about it. I dont recommend getting anything fixed there.

I had a great experience at this location. I was traveling through town and had a phone battery issue. They fixed in a half hour.

Went in to have a phone battery replaced. The employee failed to give me a time estimate, it Took over an hour- no other customers were in the store. while I was sitting in the store, I watched the employee sitting appearing to do nothing- (his words) and vaping in the back. After a half hour I asked what the predicted time would take for the battery to be replaced. The employee stated 20 minutes but probably less and have a reasoning for why he appears to be just sitting there. I waited the 20 minutes and came back, he said you had called asking for a new screen right? I said no, just the battery to be replaced he said, well now your getting a new screen for free and explained he had broken the screen while using a suction cup. He said it will take another 10 minutes. When he finally gives the phone back. Its wrapped up with foam and rubber bands. And I was told the screen will take 48 hours to seal. And the phone still wouldnt start, asked for the employee to prove the phone has a battery and he plugged the phone to a charger and unwrapped the rubber bands and the screen showed it charging.
